What started off as a simple thought is quickly becoming more.  About one year ago I was educated on the dangers that plastic bottles have on our ocean and sea life. We have the Loggerhead  Marine Life Center within 5 miles of our home.  My 5 year old loves his turtle friends and begs for us to go see them.  We want to do our part in reducing plastic. This love of sea turtles has morphed from wanting to reduce my own plastic waste, to creating artisan soaps. My goal and mission is to bring more awareness about plastic waste as well as bringing you wonderful, artistic bars of soap.

I am a mom of 2 boys. My husband is my #1 encourager to turn something I love into a business. I’ve always been a creative person and now artisan soap is my new passion. I love scents and I love DIY.  Some other things that I absolutely love are yoga, paddle boarding, spending time at the beach and being in the water, hence Salty mom soaps. As the saying goes: “The cure for anything is salt water. Sweat, Tears or the Sea.”

Your soaps smell great and are beautiful too. And right now, it seems like we cannot have enough soap. Thanks so much for posting your information http://Www.saltymomsoaps.com
