For 2020, the brewery looked back on popular beers, listened to customer feedback, and assessed the state of the market to develop a release schedule packed full with favorite beers that we haven’t brewed in a while.

Check out the list below, or head over to our new beer page.

UXO – January

American Strong Ale | 8% ABV

UXO is an American Strong Ale paying homage to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians that have served in the US Military. UXO is a term EOD Techs use meaning unexploded ordnance. The beer is a big one, clocking in at 8% ABV. At 67 IBU’s, it also has plenty of hops. A earthy hop bite comes across first followed by a caramel malt backbone. It finishes with a nice bitterness that lingers for a few minutes on the palette.

CURSE OF THE IRISH RED – February

Irish Red Ale | 5.5% ABV

Released every year around St. Patrick’s Day, Curse of the Irish Red is a malt-forward red ale that easy-to-drink by the pint.

Pours with a clear red hue with rich caramel malts and a pleasant dose of American hops.

NUN WITH A CHAINSAW – March

India Pale Ale with Amarillo, Azacca, and Idaho 7 Hops | 7% ABV

When Hurricane Irma blew through South Florida, one nun in Miami made it her mission to clear debris. This is our tribute to those who had to do what’s necessary in the face of adversity. This IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Amarillo, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops.

OLYMPUS MONS – April

Imperial Red Ale | 8% ABV

A big, full bodied red ale. It is slightly bready with big notes of caramel, raisin and dried dark fruit. It finishes with a medium sweetness. Allow it to warm up and experience the flavors in a much bolder sense.

HONEY VANILLA WHEAT – May

American Wheat Ale with Honey and Vanilla | 5.3% ABV

Don’t let summer pass you by without enjoying this refreshing American-style wheat ale brewed with vanilla and local Saw Palmetto honey from Loxahatchee, Florida. Every year we head out to Sunny South Apiaries to see the bees in person and pick up gallons of their deliciously sweet honey to use in this beer. It’s the bee’s knees, as they say.

STRAWBERRY COASTLINE – June & July

Lager with Strawberries | 4% ABV

Our uncomplicated craft lager just got the summertime treatment with strawberries. Enjoy this refreshingly delicious beer all summer long.

OKTOBERFEST – August

Märzen-style Lager | 5.4% ABV

Brewed as a traditional German Marzen, this beer is created each year to celebrate Oktoberfest! So grab a dimpled mug, grill up some bratwurst and enjoy our take on this historic European style.

ISLE OF MAGOURDO – September

Amber Ale brewed with Pumpkin and Spices | 5.5% ABV

Isle of MaGourdo is a pumpkin ale brewed specially for the fall season. Years ago our Brewmaster Mike went tuna fishing in Islamorada with Bo, Bryan and a great man named Martin. This beer is brewed each year the same time as that trip. For Martin – we miss you buddy.

CATEGORY 4 IPA – October

Red India Pale Ale | 7.7% ABV

Category 4 is the best of both worlds: a hop-forward India pale ale full of Pacific Northwest hops and an Irish red ale. Malt complexity joins forces with progressive bitterness to create a whirlwind of flavors.

CAFE OLE ESPRESSO PORTER – November

HOPICANA – December

Rye India Pale Ale with Oranges and Honey | 6.5% ABV

Hopicana features aromas of a freshly peeled orange; full of bright orange sweetness and pithy bitter orange character. The addition of rye malts to this beer provide a complimentary peppery note that works well with the sweet citrus of the oranges, local Saw Palmetto honey, and North American hops.
